Simply copy the installation file to a chosen directory on your hard disk, then go to DOS (with WINDOWS running in the background), go to the directory that the file is in and type AFIUTIL C:\FONTDIR\MYFONT.TTF where FONTDIR is the directory that the font is in and MYFONT.TTF is the name of the font.
